Me & my sister came here last night. We had a nice time. No complaints. The food was good and fulfilling. We had a lemon drop martini that was good and not strong. Their burgers are delicious and thick. Fries are the bomb too. KD was our server - he was nice and attentive.

Kristen made our experience at Mugshot a fantastic experience, we placed an order to take out . She took the order , was extremely polite , always with a smile providing the best costumer service and brought our food as soon as it was ready . We will be coming back of course !

They’ve figured out the buns for these burgers- the bread makes it perfect! Everything has been good there, including the fried mushrooms and the queso cheese dip with chips. I’m a huge fan! The BLTC was a terrific lunch option, not as heavy as the burger. Cheese on a BLT is a great choice!

We love Mugshots for a quick bite to eat. The hostesses are so friendly and the service and food is always great. Love their fries! We have dined in as well as ordered online.

Been twice. Both times we had an excellent server. Server can make a great meal even better. We had the nachos first. Both servers delivered our appetizers before taking main meal order so we could enjoy all our food hot. Nachos are very good Both of us ordered the parmesan burger. Burger tasted great and had awesome fries. Never ran out of tea. Both times our server was back with another glass before we ran out. Definitely a place to visit again.

As we were passing through, we were in desperate need of a good burger. We were quickly greeted by the hostess and seated. However, we waited about 10 minutes for our original server without so much as a hello or a drink order. Just as we were about to speak to the bartender for assistance, Tatum came to the rescue. Although it wasn’t her section, she happily took our drink order and offered to alert our server. Instead, I asked, "Can you just take care of us?"—and she did! Tatum’s service was top-notch, and her menu knowledge was superb. The drinks, food, and overall experience were excellent. We will definitely be returning to this location. Tatum, thank you for turning our visit around!

Ate here today (1/25/25) with my family after a doctor’s appointment. Keith was our waiter and he did an EXCELLENT job! Having gestational diabetes makes it really hard to find good food and he accommodated all of my needs!! Mr. Keith had great suggestions, was quick, and kept a smile on his face the entire time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Was a great place, never had it so wife and I stopped in and tried it. The place was nice and wasn't no wait time but had quite a few people in it. The service was great, the waitress Lindsey was awesome and kept checking on us. The food was amazing, I had the garlic parm burger (without mushrooms) but it was big and good. Wife had the A1 burger and she said it was one of the best burgers she's had. Overall I'd say try it if you like burgers and good staff... I'm thinking I'm going to try the mugshot in 12 mins next time... finish and it's free and a tshirt. If not it's 25.
